Q: How long will it take to receive my first issues? Please allow 8-16 weeks depending on the publisher’s mailing cycle for your first issue to arrive. If it has been longer than that, please contact us with your ReadSave order number or shipping information, and we will look into your subscription and get you a start date asap!

Q: Can I renew my subscription through ReadSave? Absolutely! Simply complete the order information by listing your name and address as it appears on your current magazine mailing label. Your renewal order will be added to our system and will be set to start as soon as your current subscription expires.

Q: How do I change my mailing address? Shoot us an email! You can update your mailing address at any time during your subscription by contacting us at help@readsave.com. Please include your old address or ReadsSave order number, and your updated address.

Q: How can I request a refund? If you are not 100% satisfied with your ReadSave purchase, we are happy to send you a refund for all undelivered issues, at any time, for any reason. Please contact us at help@readsave.com. If you have purchased a voucher from a Daily Deal site, please visit their website for refund details.
